Fully qualified, experienced teacher offering lessons for all ages and abilities

Enthusiastic and engaging teacher with 10 years of teaching experience with primary 1-7 pupils with ESL & Special Educational needs teaching experience. I have worked as a learning support teacher as well as a classroom teacher for many years. I am trained and experienced in teaching learners with dyslexia and literacy-related difficulties. I am an experienced International teacher teaching with various curricula such as IB PYP, American, UK (Scottish) as well as many other learning programs currently in use in many schools. I am a Registered member of General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS). I am also an experienced tutor in higher education teaching study skills, particularly for learners with dyslexia and other literacy-related difficulties as well as Adult and business-level ESL.
I provide well-structured goal-driven lessons tailored to meet the needs of each learner. I enjoy creating unique, engaging lessons based on the interests and goals of the learner. I am supportive and encouraging understanding that everyone learns in their own way and at their own pace and I celebrate every step towards learning goals. I am especially passionate about teaching Literacy, maths and the study skills that unpin success in all subjects.
