I have dealt with the mental burden that comes with being overweight for most of my life, even more than its physical effect on my body. I used to struggle to get myself to the gym, as I felt shy and whenever I did, the trainers wouldn’t even notice this, let alone trying to help me with it. Hanna has helped me come over all those feelings through her amazing people skills. She is a passionate, encouraging person, who’d go beyond just giving you a workout plan. She makes sure everyone in the class is doing their personal best and keeps everyone’s possible health problems in mind as she provides alternatives for each workout. She cares both about her trainee’s mental and physical health and that shows in her every interaction.
