Yoga & Meditation Teacher trained in India

Hi there, I’m Meliz and I offer yoga and meditation classes to beginners of all ages, both online and in person. I am qualified in Hatha and Vinyassa, and my training was in India, the birth place of Yoga. Aside from teaching yoga, I also work as a child & adolescent mental health practitioner in the NHS.
