Creative Vinyasa Yoga Instructor trained in London and Brazil

I am writing to express my interest in the yoga teaching position. With a strong foundation in Vinyasa, and restorative practices, alongside a deep commitment to body awareness, inclusivity, and emotional wellbeing, I am excited about the opportunity to bring my energy and experience to your studio community.
My background in visual arts and design has given me a creative approach to sequencing and space-making. I view yoga not only as a physical practice but as a journey back to the self—one that can be joyful, grounded, and deeply transformative. I’m especially passionate about holding space for students of all backgrounds, and creating a safe, welcoming environment where every body can feel seen, accepted, and empowered.
I hold a 400-hour YTT certification from the Good Life Yoga School in London and DeRose School in São Paulo. My teaching blends traditional yogic principles with a playful, intuitive edge. I also bring with me excellent communication skills, experience managing creative teams, and a grounded presence shaped by my own way of being.
