Energetic teaching for over 30yrs Specialising in strength and conditioning to become a better athlete and combat striking being kickboxing where I have experience in training a wide range of people from recreational sports, pregnant women, over 60s, professional rugby players etc. I am aware of the physiological aspect of exercise and try to work on mental as well as physical aspects of exercise.
