I thoroughly enjoy working with children and young people. I am fun, supportive, enthusiastic, encouraging and very understanding.

I am currently working as an SEN Inclusion Officer and I have been in this role for 4 years. As a SEN inclusion officer support is given on a day to day basis to help children meet targets ( using intervention programs, learning plans and EHCPs ) this is done using a tailored lesson plan suited to the children's level of understanding, support is given through discussions with the children and modelling strategies etc.
