My lessons begin with understanding Caribbean culture which is strongly linked to food. Therefore, simple recipes with easy to find ingredients or even great substitutes I explore with my class to create engaging experiences. With my culinary Caribbean background skills and experience deriving from home all the way to culinary school, I'm sure we can learn, create, eat and have fun all in one go.
