Qualified Occupational Therapist and ADHD coach

I am a qualified Occupational Therapy and accredited coach for people with ADHD and executive functioning difficulties. I am very passionate about helping students and professionals to navigate the often overwhelming world of education and work life, be it through support with organisation, prioritisation, task initiation or goal directed persistence, to name a few. With the combined skills I've learnt from 8 years in paediatrics OT alongside experience coaching young adults and mature students through studies, I feel I am able to provide education, guidance and encouragement to allow people reach their highest potential. I also offer coaching and education to teachers and parents of children and students with ADHD.
