My Pilates training programmes integrate traditional Pilates movements with biomechanical, anatomical and clinical research, making it suitable for all individuals of all levels. Tailored to individual needs, the approach is grounded in science, providing a comprehensive and personalised Pilates experience.
In your first session, we will assess your body functionality, including posture, spinal rage of movement and muscle functioning, as well as your fitness / injury history and short- / long-term goals. After the consultation, I will develop a personalised Pilates training plan for you, consisting of strength, mobility and stretching exercises, across all levels (from beginner to advanced).
Whether you are a runner dealing with tight hip flexors, an office worker with lower back pain, or someone who just wants to improve strength and mobility, the programme will be personalised to your needs.
The goal is to create a strong foundation to develop lean muscular system which combines strength and flexibility.
