I will start off by understanding students strengths and weaknesses by assessing them through active recall questions and exam questions. I will then proceed to help improve their weaknesses by going through the topics in detail and going in heavy with exam questions, by the end of my sessions students should be more confident with their weaknesses which would now have become their strengths, there are many online resources I can also use to help me achieve this.
