My approach to teaching is personalized and student centered, tailored to cater for the individual needs of the learner. I start by understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the learning and there tailor a routine of study that suits their needs. I plan my lessons routinely starting from things that are familiar to the learner and slowly adjusting to the unfamiliar topics by use of available resources, visuals and real life examples. Regular assessment is also part of the studies which helps in assessing performance and also adjusting the pace according to the learners performance.
