I have worked in HR and Recruitment (these days businesses call it People & Talent) for 10 years and am both CIPD qualified and ICE Qualified in Executive Coaching.

I specifically hire Graduates and entry level positions for my clients and this has given me invaluable experience in understanding specific hiring criteria and expectations. I can offer concrete advice based on my industry knowledge as a hiring manager and private client work and will provide a confidential and safe space for any personal challenges or psychological barriers to be supported and addressed.

With so many choices, heightened competition, and uncertainty around what career is right for them, it’s easy for students to feel overwhelmed when it comes to career development. My goal is for young adults to use the knowledge and skills they have acquired in education and life experience and evaluate together, how to leverage their value into a career.
