I have worked in HR and Recruitment (these days businesses call it People & Talent) for 10 years and am both CIPD qualified and ICE Qualified in Executive Coaching.

I specifically hire Graduates and entry level positions for my clients and this has given me invaluable experience in understanding specific hiring criteria and expectations. I can offer concrete advice based on my industry knowledge as a hiring manager and private client work and will provide a confidential and safe space for any personal challenges or psychological barriers to be supported and addressed.

With so many choices, heightened competition, and uncertainty around what career is right for them, it’s easy for students to feel overwhelmed when it comes to career development.. Our goal is for young adults to use the knowledge and skills they have acquired in education and life experience and evaluate together, how to leverage their value into a career.

We'll evaluate your current skill set and incorporate psychometric testing to gain a deeper understanding of your strengths and areas for improvement. Since many employers now focus on a skills-based hiring approach, we'll work together to highlight your abilities on your CV and during interviews.

CV, Cover Letter & Applications:
Together, we can create and refine your CV, tailoring it to the specific industries you're targeting. I have a variety of tips and tricks to help you catch the attention of hiring managers (who spend an average of 7 seconds reviewing a CV). We will also ensure your CV is designed in a format compatible with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Mock Interviews:
We will conduct competency-based mock interviews in a role-play format, helping you improve your performance for both in-person and video call interviews.
