Skills Assessment:
We'll evaluate your current skill set and incorporate psychometric testing to gain a deeper understanding of your strengths and areas for improvement. Since many employers now focus on a skills-based hiring approach, we'll work together to highlight your abilities on your CV and during interviews.
CV, Cover Letter & Applications:
Together, we can create and refine your CV, tailoring it to the specific industries you're targeting. I have a variety of tips and tricks to help you catch the attention of hiring managers (who spend an average of 7 seconds reviewing a CV). We will also ensure your CV is designed in a format compatible with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Mock Interviews:
We will conduct competency-based mock interviews in a role-play format, helping you improve your performance for both in-person and video call interviews.
