I am a passionate and dedicated wellness professional with over a decade of experience in fostering community health and well-being. My career has constantly revolved around helping others, including the vulnerable and those with special needs, to improve their general well-being or achieve their fitness goals. I have a proven ability to engage with diverse populations, build strong community partnerships, and drive impactful health initiatives. Ultimately, I feel that my years of experience in working with the community, and commitment to improving others, will allow me to excel in this role.

November 2018 – Present
I am currently coaching approximately 8 classes a week. I have continually progressed within this role, and in my time here, I have been front of house, handling memberships and I now cover for the owner when they are away including being responsible for opening and closing the studio and setting classes. I have proactively taken on more responsibilities in this role with safety being top of mind. I also won an award recently for conducting the most classes, as a trainer, in a year.
Podcast Host on “Jill Spills”
June 2024 - Present
My passion for helping others has recently resulted in me releasing a podcast series, “Jill Spills”, which is all about wellness and mental health. Each week I invite members from my network of professionals and discuss various subjects, such as fitness, nutrition and coaching. This is something I have always wanted to do, with helping others in mind, for people to listen to my guests, and for it to have a positive impact on them. I want to help as many people as possible and this was a great way to try and achieve that goal.

I organise and run various boot camps at local parks. I also train individuals, helping them set and achieve their fitness goals. I have recently certified as a Menopause and Wellness Coach.
