Native English speaker and a learner of multiple language with a knowledge of how to breakdown language for learning

In addition to being a native English speaker and receiving top marks in high-level English language and literature courses, I have 7 years of experience taking foreign language classes. This combination gives me an in-depth understanding of how to break down language structures for learning. In my lessons, students will be evaluated for their current strengths and weaknesses in the subject. After speaking with the student, reviewing their past work, and providing some small exercises, I will develop a personalized learning plan to target the most important gaps in the student's knowledge. Once this learning plan is curated to match the student's learning style and current level, each lesson will include a review of a grammar structure and a new set of vocabulary that we will practice together through all four elements of language-use: speaking, writing, listening, and reading. My goal with every student is to help them reach a place where they can confidently use everyday English vocabulary and grammar structures and communicate to others about topics relevant to their personal interests and aspirations.
