I am a Psychologist and Mindfulness Instructor. Currently, I am facilitanting individual and group lessons on Mindfulness and Yoga to all audiences.
During the sessions, we practice abilities to cope with Anxiety and Stress in the daily life. The focus of the process is on changing the context and function of some private events (emotions, thoughts, sensations). Instead of trying to change the content of those internal experiences, the aim is to change the relationship we have with them and their maladaptive function. Once these abilities are put into practice, a wider repertoire of behaviors is possible (which means more freedom!). In that way, you will be able to cope better with the day to day modern life issues.
My intention is to offer a space in which we can transform perspectives and awaken peace. I hope I can share this with you!
