During the sessions I offer a space to share the process of paying attention to the present moment without judging, with compassion, patiente and self care. Learning is a process !
People often think they are not able to practice because it´s too difficult to ¨stay quiet¨... And in fact, with Mindfulness we aim to ¨stay WITH¨what´s going on for us. Whether you have practiced before or not, practice is possible for you, it's just about finding your way...
The lenght of the sessions is of about 50 minutes, and in that shared time, I first offer a theoretical frame including topics of modern psychology, buddist philosophy and neuroscientific background. Then, we practice Mindfulness. We start with simple movement excercises and short practices, well-adapted for all bodies, minds and souls. And at the end, we share a talk about how was the practice for you and what could help you in the process you are living in this moment.
My intention is to connect with and help people who are willing to have a more connected, rich and healthy experience in this life :) I hope to share this with you!
