24 years of teaching experience (as a tutor, teaching assistant, (senior) lecturer & professor in diverse cultural context helped me to develop a teaching and learning approach that displays a lot of sensitivity to the needs of students from diverse (cultural/socio-economic/geographical/etc.) backgrounds. Learning is about YOUR needs and goals!— I always pursue a student-oriented teaching approach, putting a careful assessment of their needs and goals first, put prime value on constructive alignment.
