As the founder of Limitless Nurses, she is deeply passionate about creating equitable access to opportunities for diverse healthcare professionals and small business leaders to achieve professional success. With a twenty-year background in healthcare, Beaulah is a registered nurse and has risen through the ranks into the senior management and leadership team (SMT). Her journey to success was shaped on her own terms as a healthcare professional, driven by a desire to improve the quality and performance of healthcare services through inclusive leadership and management strategies. One of her key missions is to support diverse healthcare professionals and organisations in nurturing their diverse talent pipeline. Having dedicated over two decades to both public and private healthcare sectors, Beaulah has operational and strategic experience across various private healthcare services and NHS Provider and Intergrated Care Boards. Her expertise spans adult and children's learning disabilities, mental health, safeguarding children, looked after children and adults, special educational needs & disabilities, and continuing care for children and young adults. Education has been at the core of Beaulah's journey. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master's degree in Healthcare Leadership from the prestigious University of Birmingham. Beaulah is a Certified Leadership Coach, Speaker and facilitator with Maxwell Leadership. She is also an Independent NHS 360 Facilitator at the NHS Leadership Academy. Additionally, Beaulah is a dedicated alumnus of Hertfordshire University, where she completed the NHS Deputy Director of Nursing Talent Management Programme and has been a former honorary lecturer at the School of Nursing, City, University of London for the past three years.
