I am a freelance personal trainer currently operating in the City, Central, South East, East London and Docklands. I am a former semi-professional footballer and amateur boxer as well as a club standard at squash, table tennis and badminton. I provide one-on-one fitness-training programmes to help my clients’ reach their fitness goals, ensure proper and safe training, and provide individual programmes and goals customised to their specific needs. I conduct individual personal fitness training sessions, monitor performance, and instruct on the safe and effective usage of free-weights, cardiovascular and resistant training equipment and provide a high level of personalised attention during personal training sessions. I always strive to ensure that each client is satisfied with his/her workout program and stays motivated to achieve their personal health and fitness goals. I also make sure that the sessions fun and varied. In addition I provide general nutritional advice and lifestyle coaching to clients who wish to improve their diet and lifestyle habits.
