* Conduct individual personal fitness training sessions, monitor performance, and instruct on the safe and effective usage of free-weights, cardiovascular and resistant training equipment.
* Provide a high level of personalised attention during personal training sessions. I always strive to ensure that each client is satisfied with his/her workout program and stays motivated to achieve their personal health and fitness goals.
* Make sure that the sessions fun and varied. In also provide general nutritional advice and lifestyle advice to clients who wish to improve their diet and lifestyle habits.
