I have a Master's Degree and 38 years of experience teaching writing and literature. I can help you understand literature and correct any shortcomings you might have in your writing. I simply enjoy teaching and would take pleasure in teaching you.

My classes always begin with the student and the student's needs. Once identified, we can create a method and approach that best meets those needs. I have to confess, I tend to employ creative and fun lesson plans because it makes my job more satisfying and is the most successful way for me to teach. I might employ film, art, world literature, cartoons, comic strips and any other form of enrichment to help students find joy in their studies and further their understanding of the material.
