History and writing tutor providing support for A-Level students

With top grades secured in both GCSE and A-Level History and now a second year History and Politics student at Queen Mary University of London, I am the perfect tutor to help students forget about low grades and only remember top grades from there essays. Lessons will be focused on feedback and teaching them how to use feedback to improve. This technique is critical and is the only way to success. Schools and teachers fail on giving strong feedback, whereas I will not fail. Maximizing feedback from previous essays is the best way to progress and learn.

Each lesson will be tailored to the students. They come to me with queries and questions and we work through them together. I will explain to them what they need to do to achieve top marks and help them integrate it within there courses. I will ask them to send me essays, which I will mark and give in-depth feedback. Lessons will have two max. Small groups equal a focused working environment resulting in stronger results. Working with two students max (ONLINE ONLY) will allow me to understand there mistakes and help them as much as I can. Improving essay marks and writing styles does not happen overnight, it is a slow step-by-step process. Further to this, I will share some of my past essays and resources which received top marks and show them my writing style and how I used feedback to further myself.
