History Tutor - achieved top scores in IGCSEs and IBDP - offering lessons for Secondary and Sixth Form Students

As a History student myself - achieved A* in International GCSEs, 7/7 in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma, and currently continuing my historical studies at King's College London - I understand there are two aspects to becoming a successful historian: understanding the content and mastering the skills.
In my lessons - private or group, online or in-person - I will make sure we are catering to your needs as a student. If you struggle with the content - whether that be simply memorising it or not understanding why something happen - we will focus on that. If you struggle with the skills - writing, analysing, reading - we will focus on that. We will use a variety of study methods to make sure you fully understand the content and/or practise those skills: we will use a variety of formal methods, such as practise questions, making mindmaps, timelines, flash cards, and more fun ones, such as quizzes, playing Kahoot, watching documentaries.
Whatever it is you are struggling in History, I am here to help fill the gaps to ensure you get the best grades possible in your exams. As a student myself, I understand the pressure and stress, therefore I would be honoured to help you overcome that academically and pratically, but also mentally.
