History, Politics, EPQ tutoring by a LSE student

I am currently in my second year studying at the LSE. I achieved an A* in both History and my EPQ, and an A in Politics. I have previously volunteered to help students at sixth form in all three subjects, with great success.
I have an eye for detail, ensuring students have covered all of the basics and helping them expand their skills and knowledge of the subject. With both history and politics, I encourage students to regularly consolidate their knowledge of basic concepts, while simultaneously expand their knowledge of the details of these broad subjects.
I focus on the importance of conveying strong understanding in essays, an ability that is vital for an outstanding grade. I encourage students to frequently practice writing essays, especially by linking different concepts together to truly demonstrating a strong and broad understanding of the subject as a whole.
In regard to the EPQ, I have guided students in settling their topic and smoothly complete their EPQ. I strongly believe that the EPQ is an excellent opportunity to prepare for university by granting students extensive academic independence which will certainly make their university applications stand out.
