My teaching style is very flexible and I like to tailor it to the student/class I am working with. I enjoy knowing my students as people and work with them to ensure that we are progressing in areas they need reinforcement. I view teaching as a two-way street, and the relationship between teacher/student is vital to ensure that we can have honest conversations about areas for growth, which are then used to plan future lessons.
