I remove distractions. I respect them, I am fair with them, and very patient. This way you know their strengths and weakness. I prepare each topic with materials and activities. Assign homework and interesting exercises so they don't get bored. Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans. Keep a record of students’ attendance and grades. I have a TEFL certificate couple with vast experience I have with kids, this has resulted to the remarkable success I have had in my career. Teaching will always be my passion.
