Specialization in Emotional Wellbeing: As a certified and accredited psychosynthesis coach, I specialize in supporting individuals through spiritual emergence and expanded states of consciousness. My training includes integrative arts, psychosynthesis, Grofian transpersonal and breathwork models, and trauma-sensitive approaches.
Yoga and Embodiment Practices: I am a fully qualified and insured yoga instructor with over 20 years of practice, including specialized training in Yoga Nidra, traditional Vedic yoga, and trauma-sensitive yoga. My approach emphasizes the integration of mind, body, and spirit, fostering a holistic sense of wellbeing.
