Advert description
I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Integrated Design and Photography from Parsons School of Design, where I specialised in Fashion Communication. My studies provided me with a deep understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and the intersection of art and fashion. Alongside my academic work, I have also worked in the fashion industry, gaining hands-on experience in creative direction, styling, editorial work, and trend analysis. Since University, I have dedicated myself to my mixed media artistic practice, exhibiting my work in galleries and art fairs while continuously exploring the intersection of art, culture, and social themes. My experience includes working with various mediums such as painting, screen printing, collage, and photography. These experiences have given me insight into both the artistic and commercial sides of design, which I would love to bring into my teaching.
Having personally benefitted with help from tutors growing up I have learned how impactful the assistance can be to a student. I believe in fostering a supportive environment where my students would be able to experiment, refine their techniques, and build confidence in their creative expression. Whether it be guiding students through fundamental drawing techniques, discussing the history of fashion, or exploring contemporary artistic movements, I am committed to making learning both enriching and accessible.
