Hola! My name is Marys and I am from Ecuador, South America. My first language is Spanish but I have lived in the UK for many years. I have also lived in Spain so I am familiar with Castilian Spanish. I am a very energetic person, with a love for traveling and culture.

I have experience teaching both children and adults at different levels in their learning. I enjoy helping them to develop a love for the beautiful language I speak and build up their confidence, not to be afraid to make mistakes as that is part of the learning process. I have been teaching for the past 4 years and I have recently taken an ELE course which has helped me to develop my teaching skills further.

Do you need to prepare for you GCSE exam or are you preparing to travel to a Spanish speaking country? No matter what level you are at I am sure I can help you achieve your goals in your language learning journey. I tailor my lessons to the student so my approach will differ depending on your needs, however, I am a naturally a friendly person with a good sense of humour and transferring these qualities to my lessons helps my students feel refreshed and motivated.
