My best strength is my patience. I am sure that patience is one of the most fundamental and vital skills to have especially for the role of teaching as not all people have superb learning capabilities and it is very important to allow them to think and take things very slowly. Having the ability to be patient allows for the session to run smoothly, allows the tutee to me under less stress, pressure and builds their respect for you. Furthermore, possesing the skill of patience opens up many doors for different skills to be utilised, for example being patient and understanding the learning style of a tutee will naturally require problem-solving skills to determine how they learn best and what they dont learn with. Being very honest, A weakness of mine is the pace at which I teach sometimes. This weakness however is not frequent and is easy to solve if it occurs as possessing good emotional intelligence allows me to understand if I am teaching too fast or too slowly based off of their answers, responses and expressions.
