Enjoyable guitar tuition from professional and experienced musician

Having graduated from the prestigious Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM) with a first-class degree, coupled with working professionally in the music industry for four years, I am a highly qualified and experienced musician. Throughout this time, I have gathered a great deal of understanding and practise in music theory, performing, and, most importantly, teaching and nurturing beginner musicians.

I am fully aware of the impact that a positive learning environment created by an enthusiastic and supportive teacher can have on someone and, in turn, I consistently look to provide this to other learners. I often refer to the content and syllabus that I was taught to provide a framework for what I teach as I believe that it was strongly effective. Alongside teaching the fundamentals of a particular instrument, in this case guitar, and basic theory, I am a firm believer in granting the student a voice in pathing their own learning journey in order to allow for maximum enjoyment.


I also hold an Enhanced DBS certificate for the purposes of teaching.
