English Teacher-ESOL/EAL/EFL

I have a first degree in English and qualifications such as CELTA and IELTS enabling me to teach English to Speakers of Other Languages, English as an Additional Language and English to Foreign Speakers.

Additionally, I can tutor GCSE/IGCSE English Literature.

English not being my first language, I am empathetic to students studying English as I am able to anticipate their difficulties and put together strategies in lessons to assist a better understanding.

My lessons and tutorial sessions are lively as I encourage and elicit feedback intermittently throughout sessions. I appreciate that academic success is closely linked to personal development and will therefore have an individualistic approach to all students acknowledging each person's strengths and challenges.
