I have two master's degrees in clinical and social psychology and have been working in practice with students as a tutor for a few years and in clinical practice for many years. I have been studying for many years, and I have had anxiety and couldn't concentrate. I overcame these issues while I was doing training in psychotherapy and had many years with my own psychotherapist.
