My name is Yana, and I am the mother of a wonderful 3.5-year-old child. The birth of my child drastically changed my life and myself. This journey led me to deep self-awareness and introduced me to a new version of myself.
Now, I have become a coach and want to help others in finding their true selves and achieving the best version of themselves.

I know how difficult it can be to stop comparing yourself to others and to understand who you really are and what you truly want to do. I have been through this and am ready to support you on your journey.

I offer online consultations starting with the initial consultation, which lasts 30-45 minutes. During this meeting, we will get to know each other, discuss your needs, talk about the coaching process, and cover basic administrative questions. This will help you understand how I can assist you in achieving your personal and professional goals and see if we feel comfortable working together.
