With tutoring, the most important thing is provide a supporting enviroment for the student to learn and thrive as well builiding trust with them. I would approach the student with geniune care and empathy and show them that i am as much invested in their future and their success as they are themselves. That being said, i would do this by provide open communication and discuss the goals and methods of teaching and see if our goals match up. I would tailor my teaching methods to their specific needs and do so with patience and understanding. I would provide them a safe enviroment to ask questions and understand new concept without any fear or embarrassment. Together we would work to decipher new concepts and split them into managable parts and give ample examples to give them confidence. Ultimately I would aim to empower the student and equip them with necessary tools to navigate their subjects with confidence and success
