I teach by engaging with the individual or class. Get to know the room and let the room know me. Find out what people enjoy and what they dislike. Find out why they are here and why they seek improvement. Each encounter will be unique to the individual and a tailored plan to suit each individuals goal will be constructed.
Each individual will be asked to engage without any significant pressure. The journey is made to be enjoyable with a goal/goals in sight.
