I’m a life coach, yoga and meditation teacher. I teach self regulation, self awareness, and mindful breath to movement. I focus on calming the nervous system and alleviating stress and anxiety brought on by work, school, and our daily lifestyles.

I was a project manager in the construction industry for many years, and became a yoga teacher about two years ago to help combat stress - my own and my community around me. I am now a certified life coach as well, helping others overcome limiting beliefs, emotional obstacles and addictions.
