I like to ensure that I'm providing all the information and materials you will need for our journey to be successful, so you’ll be fully prepared for live performances, creating and recording your own music, and having fun in the process! Using high-quality materials (PDFs, Guitar-Pro files, audio backing tracks, and videos), we'll develop a tailored action plan to improve your timing, precision, and stamina, helping you reach a fluent level of playing. We’ll choose songs to break down and work through each part, allowing you to have fun while building your confidence and skills. Whether you prefer weekly or bi-weekly lessons, we’ll refine the techniques and concepts that those songs introduce.
About Me:
I’m a musician with 20 years of experience in both the music and education industries. As a guitarist, singer, and songwriter, I’ve performed in various settings, from professional cover bands to original acts, playing at clubs, theatres, and festivals.
With a strong background as both a performer and educator, I hold a degree in Music Education and have spent over 10,000 hours teaching guitar, focusing on developing students' technique, musicality, and overall musicianship. I am passionate about helping my students grow as musicians and enjoy the learning process every step of the way. Whether you're just starting out or are an advanced player looking to refine your skills, I’m here to guide you toward your musical goals.
