I'm a friendly and approachable teacher with a passion for art and photography.

I have over 10 years experience teaching secondary Art and Design. I have taught GCSE and A level Art and Photography in the UK as well as the NCEA qualification in New Zealand. This past year I have moved into the SEND space and I am enjoying teaching art to students with a primary diagnosis of Autism. I am really enjoying being able to offer more 1:1 assistance as well as getting to know my students better in this role. I always make examples to motivate my students, show demonstrations of techniques and break down complex information/drawings into step by step instructions. I am very capable using digital platforms and use technology regularly in my teaching.
