Mental Health
My formal role allows me to deliver low level Psychologically informed interventions to service users within the NHS.
The Interventions:
• Behavioural Activation
• Graded Exposure
• SMART Goal setting
• Problem Solving Skills
• Improving Sleep – Sleep Hygiene/Healthy Habits
• Recognising and Managing Emotions
• Building Confidence
• Relapse Prevention
• Boundary setting
• Anxiety Management Skills
If you are interested in learning about any of the above, I can offer private tutelage on either a Monday afternoon or throughout the day time on Fridays, as those are my none working days.
In addition to this, if anybody could use some help with any of the above regarding their own Mental Health they can feel free to contact me.
This will be a safe space for any questions people feel they would like to ask about mental health and a safe space for individuals to ask for advice regarding their own struggles. Although I must stress, I do not give this advice in any official capacity as a member of the NHS but instead as someone who has gained knowledge through their experience in different careers and is happy to share that with others.
If this is something you are looking for, please feel free to contact me and we can arrange when would be best for both of us to come together and begin sessions. There is a potential I may be able to do other evening times if that is the only time you are available.
Thank you very much,
I look forward to speaking with you.
