I invite You to relax and let go of any emotional heaviness in your body and mind, Our Yoga classes are full of deep breath connection and working on strengthening the body and improving flexibility, I hold a 200h Yoga teacher training certificate and have over 4 years experience of teaching (face-to-face and online classes). I also share mental health support and emotional healing sessions. I always try to make each yoga class very special for each student, making sure they feel super comfortable and safe in this space.
