I've got over 4+ years of experience teaching yoga and guiding meditations. My classes are always full of love, peace, and deep relaxation. We focus on improving flexibility, strength, and balance and go deeper into releasing any muscle tension. My sessions normally start with a grounding breathing practice, then we go through the asana (posture) practice, and in the end we connect deeper to the Soul space through a gentle healing meditation. The classes are always adjusted to the student's unique needs and I'm also open to suggestions.
I've developed my passion for yoga, meditation and all the natural ways of healing while studying in China and struggling with anxiety and sleep problems. Meditation turned out to be incredibly healing for my body and mind and I've decided that I'd love to share this space of peace with others.
I've been also learning lots about Chinese medicine and herbs and plants healing and I love sharing all this info with my students who want to deepen their knowledge.
