For the six years before my government Job in Rwanda, I have worked as a dedicated home tutor, providing academic support to children in both English and Mathematics. My role involved assisting students with their homework, reinforcing their understanding of key concepts, and fostering their confidence in these subjects. This experience has not only allowed me to make a meaningful impact on their academic progress but has also been an opportunity for continuous learning and professional development.

To further enhance my expertise in education, I pursued and successfully attained an online UNICAF Master’s in Leadership in Education from Liverpool John Moores University. This academic achievement has deepened my understanding of effective teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and educational leadership. It has also equipped me with the skills to mentor students more effectively, adapt to diverse learning needs, and implement strategies that promote academic excellence.

Through my journey as an educator, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, enabling me to create a supportive and engaging learning environment. My passion for education continues to drive me toward fostering student success and contributing positively to the field of learning and development.
