My name is Dave, and I am a retired qualified teacher and I specialise in on-line maths
• I have held my session price for the past three years and they will stay at the current amount of £35 per one hour session for the entirety of your tuition.
• First session half price at £17.50
• I offer free 15-minute online video call
• Tutoring available 7 days a week, Monday to Friday one-hour sessions between 4 and 9. Weekends, one hour sessions between 9 and 12 then between 4 and 7, All sessions start on the hour.
• All session are 1-2-1, you will never share tuition time with another student.
• I hold qualified teacher status.
• Lessons use a fully resourced on-line classroom.
• To date I have delivered over 4400 hours of very successful online maths tuition sessions.

Prior to retiring I taught maths in mainstream and further education for over twenty years.
I teach all levels including Primary, GCSE (Higher and Foundation papers), iGCSE, functional skills up to level 2 and pre QTS maths. I cover all the main examination boards.
I am happy to work in parallel to school sessions or to develop an independent tuition strategy based on an individual student’s needs if required.
I have a very calm and engaging approach to teaching and this, along with on line one to one tuition in the student’s home environment ensures that students can develop their maths skills to their full potential, and this is usually achieved far quicker than in a classroom environment.
The Online classroom is purpose designed as such and will contain all the tools you need for your sessions. You will be sent a personal log in to the classroom every week.
