I am a Clinical Psychology masters graduate with a keen interest in helping individuals to improve their psychological knowledge.

I have previous experience being a college peer mentor for first year A level students, using a individually-tailored study plan. I also have led online webinars for the Sussex Learning Network providing academic study advice, developing strong teamworking and communication skills. On top of that, I have experience as a SEN teaching assistant at a secondary school, where I worked 1:1 and in group settings with students with additional needs, such as ADHD, Autism, and SEMH needs. Along with this, I have personally developed and ran Zones of regulation sessions with students to help improve their social, behavioural, and emotional well-being. These experiences, along with my experiences as a university student, have helped me utilise skills including patience, problem solving, self-management, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
