I believe one of the most important qualities a teacher must own is an understanding of the students needs. I will prioritise every individuals' learning style, their strengths and their weakness to mentally assess their goals and set my expectations for each tutoring session. As an organised individual, I will make sure I am always prepared in advance through gathering the relevant resources I need for a particular session and including the essential material that must be covered. In terms of communication, I will make sure I am speaking eloquently in my explanations and address any of the students concerns. Fundamentally, I will maintain a positive attitude throughout to provide a supportive learning environment and increase growth.
