I have a degree in psychology and Masters in health psychology. I currently study a part time degree in human physiology. I have work experience in coaching fitness over 4 years. I specialise in helping people improve their health, supporting them to become physically and mentally resilient and overcome whatever challenges they may face in health and fitness. That can be musculoskeletal problems that affect their daily life or health conditions such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and overweight individuals.
I can also help with strength development, conditioning or CrossFit.
I do this through consistent individualised training mindset change around health and fitness and fostering real connections with people.
