Experienced, empathetic and able to create a safe place and build a class to suit your needs.

Trainings include:
- 200hour multi-style training in Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa
-350hour training in 26/2 sequence as well as a pranayama course and intermediate certificate in this sequence.
- 20hour training in yin yoga.
- Currently in the process of a 600hour training in Yoga Therapy.

Over 8 years experience in yoga and coming up the 3 years experience in teaching.
