If you are after a yoga class there will be a breathing exercise to focus on calming your nervous system, a gentle warm up, standing postures, supine, seated and a relaxing sequence at the end to integrate the practice. This is a general map of a class that will be adapted if your needs require something else.
Able to deliver workshop style and break down concepts either anatomical, physiological or philosophy. Particularly interested in delivering stress based workshops to workplaces or individuals (have previously delivered in NZ to 111 first responders).
With a wide range of knowledge I am interested in understanding what you want/need from this class and delivering this. Whether that is receiving a relaxing yoga class, strength based session or delving into yogic concepts to deepen your understanding of yoga I am here for you.
